  • Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of session time are eligible for transfer of your deposit to a new session date and time. Any session canceled within 24 hours of session start time is not eligible for a refund of any funds received ahead of time, including deposits, gifts, or elective pre-paying of session.

  • Please arrive to your session freshly showered, clean, and wearing no excessively strong fragrances. Please ensure that special bodily areas receive deep cleaning as discussed beforehand. You will be expected to pay your session fee in full before we begin via the agreed upon method. There will be time built into your session for this, or you may do so before you arrive if an electronic payment method is what you have chosen to use. Please arrive sober. No exceptions. If you arrive under the influence of any drug or alcohol, you will be asked to leave and pay your session amount in full. Arrive a few minutes before your session is scheduled to begin to avoid tardiness. My time is valuable. Tardiness of more than 10 minutes will not be tolerated and your session will not take place and deposit will not be refunded.
